Eyeliner can be applied in a sharp distinct line or a soft smudged effect. Eyelash enhancement is included with eyeliner. Color can be applied in the lashes, which makes the lashes look thicker and really brings out the eyes. A dark color can be applied in the lashes with a different color used as liner.
The cost for eyeliner is $350.00
for the first application. This includes both lids and more than one color.
If a second application or touch up is necessary, the cost is $150.00
